Refund policy

We want you to be confident ordering. Here is exactly how refunds work.

Before we start

If we have not begun work on a service, you can cancel for a full refund of that service fee. Just contact us with your order number.

After a filing is submitted

Once we submit a filing to a government agency, the service fee for that filing is non-refundable because the work has been performed. Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable by the agencies and cannot be refunded by us.

If something is our mistake

If a filing is rejected or contains an error because of a mistake we made, we will correct and refile it at no cost, including any government fee we caused you to pay twice.

Documents

Each document includes one round of revisions within thirty days of delivery. If you are not satisfied after revision and have not signed or used the document, contact us and we will work it out.

Monthly bookkeeping

Cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be billed again. Months already worked are not refundable.

Websites, brand and plans

Fifty percent of the fee is refundable before the first draft is delivered. After the first draft is delivered, fees are non-refundable, but every project includes the revision rounds listed on its service page.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within five to ten business days after approval.
